We require these parties to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Because your trip may span several countries, your information may be transferred to and processed in destinations outside Uganda or the European Economic Area, including by the suppliers who host your safari. Where we transfer data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
